A sun terrace, fire pit, and garden provide the perfect setting to relax, read, or enjoy a drink after a busy day of exploration. A traditional tavern situated just 15 meters away offers convenient local dining.
Designed with care, the home includes custom iron furniture created by Elena, an art gallery owner with a background in literature. Together with Costas, a former bank employee now tending his fruit and vegetable garden, they host guests with warmth, attention, and local knowledge, ensuring a comfortable and effortless stay.
Set above road level, the property enjoys open mountain views toward pine trees in a secluded area, away from traffic and city lights, making it ideal for guests seeking tranquility, privacy, and slow living. It's quiet location does not compromise access to major cities and sightseeing spots as it is ideally located in a central area of the island. Excellent and beautiful location
Location was excellent, close to limassol, in the foothills of Troodos, and all locations not much over an hours drive away, Hosts were friendly, very helpful and flexible when flights went wrong. Cottage was clean and full of character, beds were comfortable. Most things you would expect were supplied including very good wifi. Getting up to eat breakfast on the terrace in the warm morning sun was one of the joys of the holiday.

Loved the cottage, super clean and comfortable and a really well equipped kitchen. Lovely sitting area outside with a view of the hills. There is a Taverna 2min walk from the cottage but it wasn’t open, Easter. Otherwise only a kiosk in the village. Lovely quiet place.

A tranquil and rejuvenating holiday
The house was just what we wanted, a beautifully authentic Cypriot home with amazing art and ceramics and an outside courtyard with a wonderful view of the countryside. We were an equal distance to nature trails in the Troodos mountains, and lovely beaches where you can see fish and kingfishers. The kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and bedrooms were all very clean. The washing machine was great to have. We didn't manage to eat at the nearby taverna but it is very popular. Kostas was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Listen for the owls at night!

Exceptional
Fantastic little gem, perfectly situated between the cities and the mountain areas. Ideal for island-wide excursions, as the cottage is right in the middle. We went mountain biking and were mesmerized by the surrounding nature. There’s also a hidden canyon known only to locals. A lovely tavern serving Cypriot food is just a 1-minute walk away, and a grocery store, coffee place, and kiosk are all within a 5-minute drive. Will definitely be visiting again!
